Nieuw in Groningen: Restaurant met groente in de hoofdrol Na een succesvolle pop-up nu officieel open. En wat voor plek. Je schuift hier aan in een eeuwenoud souterrain, letterlijk tegen de oude stadsmuur aan. Lage plafonds, diepe rode banken, warm licht. Meteen sfeer. Hier draait het om groente. Zes vegetarische gerechten, zelf kiezen hoeveel gangen je wilt. Wil je vis of vlees erbij? Kan. Hoeft niet. Wij gingen gisteren eten en ik kan je één ding zeggen: die spruitjes… onverwacht favoriet. Alles klopt. Smaak, opmaak, tempo. Intiem, een tikje chic, maar zonder poespas. Gewoon heel goed eten in een bijzondere setting.
