we’re almost to the finish line!! the first 3 weeks were where the meat of this reset was: - giving my life an audit - making sure my vision was still aligned - moving through the decision fatigue framework - resetting my routines the rest of this is really about following through on what I said I was going to do and implementing everything one day at a time. it’s crazy how much that initial friction can prevent you from getting where you want to go. because once I got past that initial hump, it’s honestly been quite simple to keep things going. and now just 4 weeks later, I have a: - solid night routine - solid morning routine - structure for tracking progress - more focused approach to reaching my goals - more balanced mindset around my goals - whole heck of a lot less decision fatigue crazy! 💛 if you’re not already on my newsletter, comment OYE and I’ll send you the link to join! #lifereset #personaldevelopment #growthmindset

My Weekly Reset Routine ⬇️ Save this post for later 🫶🏻 Nothing feels better than spending some time on Sunday evenings preparing for the upcoming week. Planning in advance is something that I’m still working on becoming better at, but this quick reset routine has been helping me feel more prepared. So here’s what I do: 〜 Reflect: on the past week, my goals and if I accomplished them. I also update my 12 Week Year tracker on Notion, and reflect on how my week went. 〜 Update planner: for my weekly planner, I’ve been using the @Leuchtturm1917 agenda, and first write down most important events, deadlines and tasks for the upcoming week. I then plan my goals and to-do lists accordingly. 〜 Update 12 Week Year planner: on Notion. I’ve talked about this before, but I love using the 12 Week Year planning method for setting and achieving my goals quarterly. It helps me balance my work as a marketing manager in digital marketing, and content creation. I use it to stay on top of all of my goals. Updating my planner and Notion only takes 10 minutes, but sets me up for success for the rest of the week. I used to do this routine on Monday mornings, but since I have to go to the office, it’s helpful to plan on Sunday evening.
