I honestly stopped caring about how I look after I almost ☠️ from sepsis this year. In this video I’m not wearing makeup, the lighting is bad, the angle is straight on, and there are no filters. I’ve been going to the gym for nine months now, and I’ve missed most of my planned workouts because of illnesses and nutrition issues after being on antibiotics for half a year. I’m not trying to be a bodybuilder or a fitness model, and I don’t care what body type is in fashion today. I’m simply on keto without counting calories because of my blood sugar issues, and I mostly train my back at the gym because I’ve had back problems and pain for the past few years. All I really want is to feel as good as I can and set an example for my son. By the way, today my husband got a gym membership too, so now we go together.
