Use your opposite hand to hold onto a support if needed. โญ๏ธ Instead of keeping your posture upright and stepping vertically as you might the stairs, think of stepping up diagonally with your chest down in about a 45ยฐ angle. โญ๏ธ Manyyy people want to cheat themselves by kicking up off of the back leg or plopping back down. However, we want to work through that sticky point and strengthen the entire range of motion. Roll off of that back leg and return with control. You may want to lower the weight if youโre struggling to do this.
