This week marked the start of a four-week skills course we're running as part of the Liverpool Youth Trailblazer! In this session, care experienced young people were supported by Career Connect mentors, based at MERSEYSIDE YOUTH ASSOCIATION LIMITED, with their digital skills, CV workshop, jobs and training support, applications and interview preparation to help them take their next steps. Our Career Connect mentors are there for the young people at every stage, ensuring they feel heard, encouraged and empowered throughout their journey, helping to make their careers happen.

Our advisers talked through their own career paths with the young people and highlighted the job skills they took from each role.
