Under the weather today - feeling undeserving of accomplishments, and feeling selfish and greedy. It is indeed the darkest, gloomiest season here in Vancouver. And I always feel like this around this time of year. I have a deep seated need to be validated externally, and sometimes I recognize the lack of validation from some as deliberate disdain and hatred. Otherwise, why would they be following me and not sharing/liking my hard work? I make an effort to like all my friends stuff and share anything they work hard on that I see.
