Here’s my simple 7 daily stretch to help unlock your body! 💪 🔸Start with 30s gentle neck stretch on each side 🔸Then lift one leg and do a seated torso stretch for 30s on the left. Followed by 30s on the right 🔸Lying flat to your mat hug one knee at the chest for 30s. Then repeat on the opposite side 🔸Then bring the knee over your body for a spinal twist.
