Ever have a project turn out bigger than planned? 😳 Good thing I wasn’t “planning” on a King size cause it fits perfect 😂🤍 This Hudson’s Bay inspired blanket is loosely based on @daisyfarmcrafts Crochet Vintage Striped Baby Blanket pattern. I basically made it double wide and double long with some additional rows in the middle to align closer to the look of the original. Still using the Herringbone Half Double Crochet stitch from the pattern for the body and using my own FPBPDC border cause I was worried about playing yarn chicken 😬 It was also and Christmas gift that went under the tree 3/4 finished 🙈 but was thankful I could finally haul it out to work on it and use it for warmth 😅🥰 Yarn: @bernatyarn Premium in colours Navy, Green, Red, Gold and Aran @yarnspirations #hudsonsbay #hudsonsbayblanket #daisyfarmcrafts #swellinghartcreations #bernatyarn
