Students को Title देने के फायदे (क्यों देने चाहिए): 🌟 Motivation बढ़ता है जब बच्चों को कोई खास Title मिलता है (जैसे Rising Star, Hardworking Student), तो उन्हें लगता है कि उनकी मेहनत को पहचाना गया है। इससे वे आगे और अच्छा करने की कोशिश करते हैं। Confidence बढ़ता है Title मिलने से बच्चे का आत्मविश्वास (confidence) बढ़ता है। उन्हें लगता है कि वे भी खास हैं और कुछ अच्छा कर सकते हैं। Positive Behaviour बढ़ता है जैसे अगर किसी बच्चे को Best Discipline या Helpful Friend का title मिलता है, तो बाकी बच्चे भी वैसा ही अच्छा व्यवहार करने की कोशिश करते हैं। हर बच्चे को Recognition मिलता है हर बच्चा पढ़ाई में टॉप नहीं करता, लेकिन किसी में creativity, kindness, neat work जैसी खासियत होती है। Title देने से हर बच्चे की खासियत सामने आती है। Class में Positive Environment बनता है Titles देने से बच्चों में खुशी और उत्साह बढ़ता है। पूरी class में positive और friendly माहौल बनता है। Memorable Moment बन जाता है जब बच्चों को छोटे-छोटे titles मिलते हैं, तो वह उनके लिए यादगार पल बन जाता है और वे उसे लंबे समय तक याद रखते हैं। #studentlife #title #proudmoments #schiolmemories

When students receive recognition for their efforts, it can boost their confidence and self-esteem. This can lead to a positive cycle of improved behavior and higher achievement. 🎯😊❗️❗️❗️❗️ Why give awards to students? Awards are an investment in our students’ futures and wellbeing. They encourage young scholars to perform better in academic and extracurricular areas. Awards for students instill a sense of pride, which can help them meet or exceed their goals. I have a “ Party Button “ for a Reward System in my classroom. This Party Button was given to me by an amazing Educator and I am honored to use it with my students. Anytime my students get an answer correct or do something positive for their peers in the classroom , I allow them to hit the Party Button to help build their confidence and support their hard work as well. #TeacherTip Student protocols that are quick, easy, and effective ✨ ✨ Think, Pair, Share- Similar to its’ friend ‘turn and talk’ students will have a discussion with their neighboring partner or group. Instead of being asked and told to turn and talk right away, Think, Pair, Share has students take a quiet minute to think of what they are going to say first. This gives all students a chance to bring something to the conversation. ✨ Hand Up, Stand Up, Pair Up- Another way to find a partner, students stand up with their hand up, find a buddy, and put their hand down. It is a really nice visual way to see who does and does not have a buddy yet. This also works for if they do partner work after independent- the raised hand will show who is ready for what’s next! ✨ Back to Me in 3- My favorite call back to use- whether from a transition, group time, independent time, or partner talk. When you need the students attention simply announce: “Back to me in 3…. 2… 1….” This gives students time to finish their thought before returning whole group. ✨ Think, Notice, Wonder- When starting a new subject, put a problem, photo, or other artifact on the board. Ask students to make any observations and report them as what they are thinking, wondering, or noticing. This can be an independent journaling activity as a warm up, or a whole class or small group discussion to get our brains thinking. If you want to fill your heart up daily, you need to let your students celebrate each other! ❤️ If I can convince you to do one thing this school year…it would be to let your students celebrate each other! These are such tender moments that are so genuine and heartfelt. ❤️ Teachers naturally build relationships with their students, but I work on building relationships among my students from the first day of school. This is what a community of learners looks like. ❤️ We celebrate each other. We notice if others are struggling and figure out a way to fix it. We problem solve and collaborate. We use our strengths and weaknesses to strengthen our class family. THIS is what makes our class a family. ❤️ This is an instant community builder and only takes a couple minutes at the end of the day. This is important to start this at the beginning of the year when you’re building the culture in your classroom. Celebrating others creates motivation and positivity in our classroom. Students Crowning Themselves by Their Behaviours Learning can also be fun! Our students took part in a creative activity where they crowned themselves based on different behaviours and personalities. It was a wonderful way to encourage self-awareness, character building, and lots of laughter among classmates.
