12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life . 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower +exercise +Breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends , evening walk dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : Break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy student because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips : 1. When your start your study session make sure you completely avoid cozy area and your mobile phones 2. Natural light is very important so try to study in natural light 3. When you take 2 hrs of break you can sleep for some time to relax your mind 4. You can also take a break fir 2 to 5 minutes in between study session 5. I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions.
