Pırasa Dolması - ⚠️ Dikkat Sarma Değil ⚠️ İç harcına özellikle soğan eklemedim çünkü pırasa zaten soğan ailesine mensup 🧅 Pırasaları iki parmak kalınlığında kesiyoruz ve ortasında ittirerek koni şekline getiriyoruz. NOT: Pırasa uçlarını atmayınız. İnce ince doğrayıp tepsinin tabanına döşeyiniz. 250 gram kadar orta yağlı dana kıyma, 200 gram kırık pirinç, 1 kaşık domates salçası, biraz maydanoz, tuz ve karabiber ile hazırladığımız iç harcını pırasalara doldurup tepsiye diziyoruz. Tereyağında kavurduğumuz salçayı biraz kaynatıp tepsiye döküyoruz. Salça sosu kavurarak yapmanızı tavsiye ederim. Üzerini yağlı kâğıt ile örttüğümüz tepsiyi 180 derecede fırınlıyoruz. Kâğıdın üzeri hafif kararmaya başlayınca hazır demektir 😍 🇬🇧 Stuffed Leeks - ⚠️ Warning: Not a Wrap ⚠️ I deliberately didn’t add onions to the filling because leeks already belong to the onion family 🧅 We cut the leeks into two-finger-thick slices and push them in the middle to form a cone shape. NOTE: Do not discard the leek ends. Chop them finely and arrange them on the bottom of the baking tray. We fill the leeks with the filling prepared with 250 grams of medium-fat ground beef, 200 grams of broken rice, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, some parsley, salt, and pepper, and arrange them in the baking tray. We sauté the tomato paste in butter, simmer it briefly, and pour it over the leeks. I recommend sautéing the tomato paste before making the sauce. 【丸ごとロールキャベツの作り方です！！】 ＜材料＞ キャベツ　1玉 （A） 豚ひき肉　　　　　　　　　　　　300ｇ 玉ねぎ（みじん切り）　　　　　　1/2個 卵　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　1個 パン粉　　　　　　　　　　　　　大さじ4 マヨネーズ　　　　　　　　　　　大さじ1 塩　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　小さじ1/4 こしょう　　　　　　　　　　　　少々 （Ｂ） 水（キャベツの頭が出るくらい）　7~8カップ 顆粒コンソメの素　　　　　　　　大さじ2と1/2　　　　　　　　 ＜作り方＞ 【1】キャベツの芯を、座りがよくなるようにそぐ。キャベツ全体をラップで包み、電子レンジ600ｗで6分加熱し、上下を返してさらに6分加熱する。取り出してラップを外して冷ます。 【2】ボウルに（A）を入れてよく混ぜる。 【3】【１】のキャベツの葉を1枚ずつていねいに開く。中心の葉の外側に【2】を塗り、葉を3枚元に戻すようにかぶせる。かぶせた葉の外側に【2】を塗り、さらに葉を3枚かぶせる。これを繰り返し、最後の葉をかぶせたら広がらないようにつまようじで5~6ヶ所刺して固定する。 【4】キャベツが入る深鍋に【3】のキャベツ、（B）を入れて強火にかける。沸騰したら弱火にし、蓋をして1時間ほど煮る。竹串を刺してみて中心までスッと入ったら出来上がり。 ＜ポイント＞ ・春キャベツなどキャベツが柔らかい場合は水を6カップにして30分ほど煮てください。 ロールキャベツで盛り上がりますよ🤩🤩🤩 #みきママ　#丸ごとロールキャベツ　#ロールキャベツ　#cabbage roll #stuffed cabbage #japan #japanesefood

Weekend Bake : Creme egg stuffed cookie/pudding So when I saw in the news this week that Dominoes had added these to their menu and then I read about everyone slagging it off, I wanted to make my own. But honestly, although this recipe makes something incredibly edible and delicious, it needs work. I wanted a cookie that wasn’t dry and crumbly but still firm enough to keep the egg inside from melting out. I wanted it to be chocolate chip but not too sweet because of the egg. I think I wanted to too much. So make at your peril and please edit as you see fit. @janespatisserie will have a recipe for this somewhere and I suggest you use that instead! Ingredients 5 large creme eggs, frozen overnight 140g unsalted butter, softened 100g light brown soft sugar 30g caster sugar Pinch of salt 1 large free range egg Vanilla 165g plain flour 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp cornflour 1/4 tsp baking powder 85g dark chocolate chunks 150g mixed chopped chocolate (whatever you have lying around) Method - Cream together the butter, sugars and salt for 2 minutes. Add the egg and beat until fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, cornflour and baking powder then fold into the butter mixture. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and half the chopped chocolate. - wrap the dough in clingfilm and freeze for 30 mins. Slice off 130g of dough, flatten it into a circle and wrap it round a frozen creme egg. Seal the edges well and top with some of the chopped chocolate. Repeat until you have 5 balls. Freeze for 1 hour minimum. - bake at 190c fan for 10-12 minutes, 2 or 3 at a time, then remove from the oven and use a large cookie cutter or bowl to neaten the edges and make it a circle. Leave to cool on the tray for at least 10 mins. But to be honest, I’d just eat them off the tray with a fork.  Serves 2 460 Calories
 Ingredients: * 2 chicken breasts * 2-3 tbsp cranberry sauce * 60g (4 slices) of brie * 1 egg, beaten * 100g stuffing * Few sprays of @‌FrylightHQ rapeseed oil 
Method: 1. Slice chicken down the side 2. Fill with the cranberry sauce and some brie 3. Dip the chicken breasts in egg and then coat in breadcrumb stuffing 4. Airfry at 200 for 17-18 minutes
