New fascia massage tools arrived yesterday, and the results were far beyond what I expected. Here, I’m targeting the posterior fibres of the vastus lateralis side lying. Combined with massage, the results were incredible. 💭💭💭 If someone tells you when it comes to skill you can make substantial progress in 1 month or 2, they’re lying. Skills take time to get better at. This is my 1 1/2 year progress and I’m still trying to get better. Things are a little bit more difficult since my legs are relatively big compared to most people that do handstands/handstand pushups. It is not a crutch but definitely a variable.
