The other day when I mentioned the term ‘sunflowering’ I had a lot of people asking what it was (don’t google it please, urban dictionary will tell you it’s something MUCH less wholesome 🫠) and it’s literally just this. Step 1. Find the sun Step 2. Stand in it Step 3. Raise your face towards it (eyes closed duh) and let it give you all the forehead kisses you never knew you needed. Soak in the golden drenched light and let the suns rays wrap you up in a warm hug. Notes* (not nessesary but a very nice edition) do it with bare feet in some lush grass. This grounds you like you wouldn’t believe. Sunflowering complete 🌻 I know this has nothing to do with sewing or clothing but that’s not all this page is about. We are open about mental health here. We hold space for you to yarn if you need to.
