It looks like a dream, but is it really all that? The internet made me buy it so here’s a honest review! I picked up the @sheglam_official Hydra Jelly Lip Pot mostly for the look, and I’ve got to say the texture is a win. It’s that soft, bouncy jelly feel that glides on super smoothly and feels really satisfying on the lips. It’s definitely hydrating, which I appreciate, especially for everyday use. The color, though, is super sheer. If you’re looking for something bold or pigmented, this isn’t it. You get just a hint of tint, which might work for some, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. There’s also no added fragrance, which can be a plus, but it has a bit of an odd aftertaste that lingers - not terrible, just a little off-putting. One feature I do love is the built-in lip applicator. It’s actually really convenient and makes using the pot a lot more hygienic than sticking your finger in. But, it’s not as soft or flexible as you’d want for smooth application, so getting an even layer takes a bit of effort. Get it for the aesthetics or if you’re really into jelly glossy lip products!
