Berry Jam For the icing: • 2 cups icing sugar • 2–3 tbsp water or milk • A few drops pink food colouring Method 1. Make the dough – Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add milk slowly until a soft dough forms. 2. Shape & bake – Roll out, cut into circles or squares, and bake at 160°C for 12–15 mins (pale, not golden). Cool completely. 3. Assemble – Spread Berry Jam on one biscuit and sandwich with another. 4. Icing – Mix icing sugar with water, add pink colouring, and coat the tops. 5.
