درواقع هم در پوزیشن نشسته هم نیمه نشسته میشه ان جی تیوب رو گذاشت .⚕️ کاربرد ان جی تیوب: ۱_گاواژ کردن که به معنی تغذیه کردن و غذا دادن به بیمار است ، وقتی بیمار مشکلات گوارشی دارد یا به هر دلیلی نمیتواند خودش غذا بخورد ، از طریق این لوله و با استفاده از سرنگ گاواژ و یکسری غذا های خاص بیمار را تغذیه میکنند. ۲_لاواژ کردن که به معنی شست و شو دادن است ، ما در مسمومیت ها (هر مسمومیتی ، دارویی ، الکلی ، غذایی و...) از لاواژ برای شست و شوی معده استفاده میکنیم ، در این عمل با استفاده از وارد کردن حجم معینی سرم شست و شو (تقریبا۳۰۰ تا ۵۰۰ سی سی) به معده از طریق لوله و بعد خارج کردن آن ، معده رو شست شو میدن اینکار بارها تکرار میشود تا معده کامل شست و شو داده شود. این عمل در ساعات اولیه مسمومیت اهمیت بسیاری دارد . بعد شست و شوی کامل معده از طریق همین لوله اول دارویی بنام شارکول فعال و بعد به فاصله ۱۵ تا ۳۰ دقیقه سوربیتول رو وارد معده میکنیم. شارکول فعال از جذب محتویات باقی مانده در معده جلوگیری میکند. و سوربیتول بیمار را اسهال میکند تا دستگاه گوارش کامل تمیز و خالی شود. #بیمار #آموزش #دانشجو
