Thank you @kayla.mcw for taking this video✨🙏 I followed the Lizard🦎 Not to learn the move but to feel the moment and to utilise this amazing opportunity. Walking beside it felt powerful — a quiet reminder of how movement exists without effort or instruction. Animals don’t train. They move. Maybe we don’t need better workouts — just better attention. I have it. You have it. We all have it. The fear of failure is the reason why most of us are failing. The moment we embrace failure, we’re already closer to winning. Post that song. Upload that content. Finish that mix. Finish writing that song. Whatever it is, do it. Just do it, sometimes, the answer is that simple. Nobody cares! Fail your way to greatness.

You’re not ready for these… - Wearing clothes I don’t have to touch or adjust throughout the day - calmer body, prettier energy - Taking time to enjoy my morning coffee, not rush it. - Getting my probiotics in like they’re a non negotiable - Packing fewer clothes but keeping them all in the same colour palette - Reading books that interest or teach me something instead of going on my phone - Making my bed even though I’m in a hostel - Dying my eyelashes and using Vaseline instead of mascara every day - Only drinking alcohol if I really want it - not just because everyone else is. Often I can enjoy the vibes without it - Drinking 1 litre of water before midday - Hair oil + lip balm before bed (another non-negotiable) - Prioritising getting 8 hours of sleep, or as near to as possible - Give myself more time to do everything. As a type b person this is necessary to remain somewhat organised 😅 - Eating consciously instead of just having what’s available

I remember this night. Senior night. Bright lights. That “smile for the photo” event. What you can’t see is that I was barely holding it together inside. My son was in the thick of panic attacks, chronic health struggles, anxiety that didn’t show up on any scoreboard but was taking everything out of our family. I became passionate about understanding what was happening in his body and nervous system — it eventually changed everything and became the foundation of my work. If you’ve ever stood smiling for a photo while internally scanning your child for signs they’re okay ~ I made Mom’s Sanity for you. It’s a mini-course with the tools I wish I’d had then. Absolutely hilarious moment for our wedding couple that you don’t get to see very often at weddings. What better way to call out the groom for taking so long to finally put a ring on it 😆🤣 #weddingreel #weddingmoments #funnywedding #bayareaweddingphotographer #bayareaweddingvideographer

Please Follow me 🙏 ❤️ @ac_unknown01 DM For Credit / Removal📨 This video shows a domestic cat calmly taking a treat from a mechanical toy, and while it looks playful, it highlights several real facts about feline behavior and sensory perception. Cats are highly motivated by food and rely heavily on their sense of smell and texture recognition when deciding whether something is safe to eat. Even though the treat is being offered by a toy, the cat's whiskers, nose, and lips are actively assessing it-whiskers act as sensitive touch sensors, helping cats judge distance and object position before biting. Cats can also learn quickly that certain repetitive movements, even from non-living objects, are harmless, which is why many tolerate or even enjoy interactive feeding toys. These tools are often used to provide mental stimulation, reduce boredom, and encourage controlled eating, especially for indoor cats. Unlike dogs, cats are cautious eaters; they won't accept food if they sense danger, unfamiliar smells, or stress. The relaxed posture and focused gaze here indicate trust and curiosity rather than fear. Moments like this show how cats adapt to human-made environments while still relying on millions of years of evolved instincts to evaluate food, safety, and interaction-blending natural survival behavior with modern enrichment tools.

Be Careful Who You Cross… 😳 This guy made “banishing jars” with someone’s name on them and dropped them far away gone forever. People online are debating whether this was justified or way over the line, because once that energy is out, there’s no taking it back. Some say it’s self-defense, but others warn that people can go get gopher dust (graveyard dirt), vinegar, cayenne pepper, personal items, and cast spells on you the kind of stuff that could seriously mess with your life. Watch the video and decide for yourself… would you ever risk going this far, or is this straight-up chaos? #BanishingJar #GopherDust #WitchcraftDebate #CaughtOnCamera #YouWontBelieveThis ViralClip BeCareful SpellsAndMagic InternetDrama WatchTillTheEnd TrendingNow. “Reacting to @crodiethebrodie— clips used for commentary only.” ✅

The easiest and most effective way I’ve found to burp a newborn! I remember with my first being so tired and frustrated that it was taking 10+ minutes to get a burp out. Then I found a video like this that changed the way I burped my newborn and suddenly it never took more than 3 minutes to help them get the air out! I woke up to my son walking into my room, grabbing Emma, and saying, “I’m taking my daughter.” No hesitation. No explanation. Just claimed her and walked off like it was completely normal. Big brother energy is undefeated.
