TeamLab Borderless – Museo digitale senza confini teamLab Borderless è un museo d’arte digitale immersiva dove le opere non sono confinate in stanze statiche, ma si muovono, cambiano e si fondono l’una con l’altra. È pensato come un “mondo senza confini”: puoi esplorare liberamente lo spazio senza un percorso stabilito, seguendo le proiezioni e le installazioni che reagiscono alla tua presenza. Prenotare molto tempo prima i biglietti sul sito ufficiale. 🔴 A tokyo c’è anche il teamLab Planets, piú tattile. Qui non osservi soltanto: entri dentro l’arte con tutto il corpo, spesso a piedi nudi o camminando nell’acqua. È progettato come un percorso guidato, quindi non sei libero di girare per le stanze e le installazioni coinvolgono elementi naturali (piante e fiori veri sospesi, specchi d’acqua, suoni) combinati con arte digitale. Fukuoka has @teamlab Forest guys! and it’s fun! It’s located near the Mizuho Dome. I went with @twee_h a few weeks ago during my short trip to Fukuoka. My favourite room has to be the “soft terrain” as the ground was bouncy ish like a trampoline haha. This is Japan’s largest teamLab! ! Located just 10 mins from Kyoto Station, this 10,000sqm digital wonderland is a must-see. 🎫 Pro-Tips for Booking • Book Early: Tickets sell out weeks in advance! • Discount: Grab tickets on Klook and use code MARIJAPANKLOOK to save! 🥰 • Best Time: Go for the first morning slot or after 5 PM to beat the crowds (stays open until 9 PM!). 👗 What to Wear • Avoid Skirts: Mirrored floors everywhere! Wear shorts/leggings underneath. • Wear White: Light colors act as a canvas for the projections. 📸 • Flat Shoes Only: Required for the Athletics Forest (no heels/sandals). 💡 Inside Info • The Bubbles: In the Sculpture area, bubbles can get you damp. Raincoats are available for ~300 yen. 🫧 • Download the App: Use it to interact with the art and navigate the maze. • No Food: Eat before you go! THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE VISITING TEAM LABS PLANET IN TOKYO 1. Book your reservations in advance (I personally recommend at least a month). The easiest and most convenient way is to book your tickets with @klooktravel 2. I recommend booking the earliest time slot and also arriving 30 minutes before opening. The lines get really crazy! 3. For the best experience, walk the exhibition twice! Various granules of light flow from high to low elevations along the terrain, layering onto each other and creating a stratum pattern. The ground sinks beneath people, and granules of light gather in these sunken areas. As people walk, the granules burst out and intermix, changing the stratum pattern. teamLab Borderless is a must see attraction in Japan but I found out they opened one in Saudi in June 2024 so I had to go check it out and it was amazing! I was so glad I went to this one cause there were no crowds at all and I pretty much had the entire place to myself! So after visiting this one I don’t think I need to visit the teamLab Borderless in Tokyo anymore 😅 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
