Year 10 music students were invited to take part in a Peterborough Music Hub project called Banding Together which is run by world renowned musical directors. Yesterday, Greg Arrowsmith and Joe Bunker, who work worldwide using their expertise to teach composition and performance, worked with our students on their compositions which will be weaved into a bigger composition piece created from four other Peterborough schools. By the end of the project, professional musicians will record the compositional ideas of our students and a video/audio track will be released. This is very exciting and will hopefully inspire our students to take music beyond GCSE! #skills #bandingtogether
