Finally posting a tutorial for how I maintain/reshape my thin brows. All you need is a spoolie, a steady hand, a prayer and a good pair of tweezers. I have a mini set of 3 from @elfcosmetics I like to use the sharp pointy ones from the set. I had already filled them in earlier so I’m just using my filled in brows as my guide and basically getting rid of whatever falls outside of what I’ve filled in. I usually do this every 2 weeks but the hairs definitely grow in well before the 2 week mark. I aslo didn’t achieve this shape right away. I did it over a 3 month period. So start slow and thin them out little by little until you are happy with the shape and then just maintain them! I know thin brows aren’t for everyone but I love them and feel like they suit me best so I’ll probably be a thin brow girly forever. Finally, I was able to show how I draw my eyebrows, since so many of you have been asking about it! Honestly, at first, I was overwhelmed and thought: “What do they want from me? I don’t get it—it’s just drawing them on, right?” But no, you’re absolutely right—it’s not just drawing them on. To be honest, there’s a 20-year-long technique behind it that I’ve internalized so much that I didn’t even notice it anymore. But of course, it makes sense that people ask about my eyebrows when I think about it. 😅 I hope this tutorial makes everything clear and explains all the steps. Here’s a quick breakdown of my process: 1. First, I always pluck my eyebrows—usually every two days. 2. Then, I brush through them with a wand and trim them if the hairs have gotten a bit too long. This is super important because shorter hairs make it easier to apply the brow pencil. Especially if you want very thin eyebrows, you need to be precise. 3. After trimming, I brush through them again and then draw them on using the @catrice.cosmetics Slimmatic Ultra Precise Brow Pencil Waterproof in 040 Cool Brown. I’m only using this one at the moment because the tip is so fine. 4. Finally, I brush through my brows one last time to blend the color a little, and voilà, done!
