【槍のベクトルと力が加わるベクトルが一致するためには】 遠くに投げるためには、全身を使うために体幹部の回転運動が必要です。 また、力が加わる距離が長くなると理想的です。 今回の投稿の内容は、この回転運動にフォーカスしたメディシンオーバースロートレーニングの評価観点を示しました。 回転運動の際の軸が曲がったり、起き上がったりするとブロック姿勢で助走の勢い（慣性）をもらった時に過度に腰を反ってしまったり体が突っ込むということが起こってしまいます。 投擲方向に対し適切な回転軸を実感したり、適切な槍を保持するべき位置や点を実感することを目的にしています。特に投げ急いだり全身運動ではなく腕中心で投げようとしたりすると、十分な回転動作が間に合わなくなったり保持する位置が前方に進んできてしまったりして槍が吹き上がり上半身が突っ込みすぎてしまいます。 また、筋肉は引き伸ばされると元の形に戻ろうとする弾性という性質があります。回転動作によって体の前側の筋肉が急激に引き伸ばされて元の形に戻ろうとすることで一気に力が放出されます。そのため、元の形（体幹部から腕先までが一直線になる）の状態までが自然に力が入れられます。それを表現したのが動画中の黄色い線です。弓矢をイメージするとわかりやすいかもしれません。肘が体幹部よりも前に来ると「手投げ」と言われてしまうのはこのような理由もあります。 そして、こういった動作をゆっくり確認する練習をするときは、より苦しいほうが適切です（痛い、は違います）。苦しい→より全身を使い続けている→全身が繋がっている→適切に力を加えられる状況になっている、ということです。なんか力が抜けてるな、とか、肩などどこかの特定の関節が痛いな、となったら回転軸がズレてたり保持位置が前方に進んできてしまっていたり腰を反ってしまっていたりします。是非確認してみてください🙆‍♀️ #やり投 #やり投げ #trackandfield #play #sports #coach #javelin #javelinthrow #baseball #training #athlete #parasports #throw #陸上競技 #スポーツ #野球 #ハンドボール #ソフトボール #混成競技 #部活 #指導者 #frejave #なげるフェスティバル #投げる #ジャベボール #ターボジャブ #遠投 #できる

Bubba Chandler’s pelvic tuck isn’t just a move—it’s a mechanical driver. He uses a swim-style leg lift to tuck his pelvis posteriorly, creating momentum that transitions naturally into an anterior pelvic tilt (what most people think of as the “butt-back” hinge). This hinge creates space for him to drop into and gives his hips a clear path to rotate. When you hinge well, your legs work for you—not against you. You move with gravity, instead of fighting it. Chandler’s setup is based in rhythm and athleticism. The posterior tuck isn’t forced, it flows. The subsequent hinge created: - Loads the backside in three dimensions -Pushes his center of mass forward more efficiently -Gives him control of gravity and drives acceleration into foot strike That hinge doesn’t just load the lower half—it also positions his torso into thoracic flexion during his drop. That sets him up for late thoracic extension, which gives his arm more time and space to flip up deep behind him in a strong horizontally abducted position.
