Following the amazing tutorial by @jaschasuess , and using the StreamDiffusion by @dotsimulate I somehow connected my iPad with Touch Designer, however managed to only use the desktop version of Tagtool (drawing tool) for Mac, which doesn't allow for different colors... I still need to figure out how to connect the iPad properly, but hey- it's a start. TouchDesigner seemed really scary when I was starting out. There were a few YouTube channels that really helped me understand some of the basic concepts: mostly polyhop, supermarket sallad and anya marina. One thing I don’t love about certain YT tutorials is that they instruct you to set certain parameters to certain values without explaining why. This makes you very good at creating exact replicas of certain effects but very bad at making anything else.
