MELT FAT W/ WALKING🚶🏻♀️— my go-to treadmill series for weight loss! Increasing my steps daily from 3-4K average to 10k literally changed not only my body but my LIFE. Along with the of course physical benefits walking has it also has sooo many mental benefits and is great for the mind. Hitting my daily 10k step goal has seriously leaned out my body, slimmed my legs and overall has me feeling like the most confident version of me. I also started incorporating this specific treadmill, walk interval routine which has been a game changer!! It makes the time spent on the treadmill literally FLY BY but also in case you didn’t know… interval training is incredible for fat loss!!! Try this beginner-friendly routine suitable for ALL LEVELS & incorporate 2-3x weekly (or as often as you can!!). And now that it’s summer, I created a shorter 20 minute walk that we all have time to fit in!! 20 MINUTE TREADMILL WALK: 0-3 minutes: 3 MPH + incline 3 3-5 minutes: 3.2 MPH + incline 8 5-10 minutes: 3.0 MPH + incline 12 10-15 minutes: 3.0-3.5 MPH + incline 8 15-18 minutes: 3.0 MPH + incline 12-15 18-20 minutes: 3.0 MPH + incline 3 Super simple!!
