SHARE THISS‼️📌 A Will ISN’T enough‼️🤯 Will vs. Trust What’s the Difference?? 🤔💭 A Will: • Only takes effect after death • Goes through probate (public, slow & costly) • Offers no protection if you become incapacitated • Anyone can contest it A Trust: • Works during your lifetime AND after death • Skips probate — faster, private & cost-effective • Protects you if you become incapacitated • Much harder to contest • Controls how & when assets are distributed ⚠️ A Will alone isn’t enough. A Trust gives your family real protection 🔐 Do you have questions?? 🤔 Ready to setup your Trust?? 👋🏽 COMMENT BELOW ⬇️ “TRUST” ⬇️ or MESSAGE ME “TRUST” today! . . . . #trust #planning #goals #protection #legacy

The 3 Types of Trusts: How to Control Everything Without Owning Anything‼️ You need 3 people and every trust. The grantor, that’s who creates the trust. The trustee, that’s the one who controls it. And the beneficiary, that’s the one who benefits from it. And that’s it! Now listen, this is where most people go wrong. There’s three types of trust that most people usually use. The first one is revocable trust. It’s beginner level. This is where you control everything. You’re the grantor, you’re the trustee, You’re the beneficiary. You still own the assets. You still pay taxes. You’re still exposed. This one, it ain’t real protection, it’s just organization. Number two, the second one is a grantor, a Irrevocable trust. Now you’re stepping into a real structure. You give up ownership, you give up control. Assets is not in your name. You can only play one role. And somebody else, the attorney or bank, usually run it. You build it, but you don’t control it. And number three, the non-grantor irrevocable trust. It’s the power play. This the one that they don’t teach you. You don’t own nothing, but you control everything. You step in as a trustee, you run the play, and you manage the assets. But it’s created by a third party, so it’s not tied to you like that. Rich people, they don’t own assets. They control structure. That’s what John D. Rockefeller meant when he said, own nothing but control everything. Most people build everything in their name, then try to protect it after something happens. But the smart ones, they structure first, then they build. If you’re trying to learn how to build and protect your assets at the same time, that you already know what to do. Comment the word trust and get in the game. #TrustStructure #WealthProtection #RevocableTrust #IrrevocableTrust #AssetProtection

As a Life and Legacy Wealth Planning Attorney, I strongly believe a Trust is the best estate planning tool to use, especially in our community. Nonetheless, I know there are people who prefer to have a Will or want to start with a Will and work their way up to a Trust. Know that having a Will is better than having no plan at all. However, you should never leave these 3 things in a Will. 1. Business 2. Life Insurance (or any asset that can have a beneficiary named, ex. Bank accounts, investment accounts or retirement accounts) 3. Any asset for a Special Needs/Disabled Family Member #lifeandlegacy #estateplanningattorney #wealth #trustvswill #informationisfree #askattorneyali #freeconsultations #Wills #Trusts #estateplanning #family

Wills vs. Trusts: A will needs probate, costing 6-9 months or even years. A trust bypasses this, offering a smoother transition. #EstatePlanning #TrustVsWill #Probate #LegalAdvice #FinancialPlanning #Trusts #Wills #LegalTips

Trust often takes years to build and one second to shatter. How can it be rebuilt? What are the necessary steps to come back to trust? Tell me if my thoughts on this video resonate or what is missing.

“Never” is where this goes wrong. Revocable and irrevocable trusts do different jobs. Revocable = control, flexibility, avoids probate. Irrevocable = potential protection, but less flexibility and stricter rules. There’s no one-size-fits-all, and definitely no “this is what every billionaire does.” Real planning is tailored, legal, and situation-specific. Get advice that fits your life, not viral clips. Comment “TRUST.”

🔗Rebuilding Trust: 3 Essential Steps🔗 💔 Trust is fragile, but it can be rebuilt with time, effort, and commitment. Here are three key steps to help you navigate the journey of re-establishing trust: 1️⃣ **Open Communication** Start by having honest and open conversations about the situation. Listen actively to each other’s perspectives, share your feelings, and express your intentions moving forward. 2️⃣ **Consistent Actions** Words are powerful, but actions speak louder. Show through consistent actions that you are trustworthy and committed to rebuilding trust. Keep your promises and follow through on your commitments. 3️ **Patience and Understanding** Rebuilding trust takes time, so be patient with yourselves and each other. Understand that healing is a process, and it’s okay to have setbacks along the way. Offer empathy and support to each other during this vulnerable time. 💖 Remember, trust can be stronger after it’s been tested and repaired. It’s a testament to the resilience of your bond and the depth of your commitment to each other. Stay patient, communicate openly, and show through actions that you are dedicated to rebuilding the trust that was once broken. 💑✨ #trustbuilding #relationshipadvice #communication #patience #loveandtrust #lovestrucklounge

Trust is one of the hardest things to build and one of the easiest things to lose. It grows quietly over time through small moments of honesty, follow through, and consistency. But it can disappear in a single moment, and what gets rebuilt after is never quite the same as what existed before. Treat the trust people place in you as the privilege it actually is.
