Yes this is a combination of some flexibility accompanied by a camera trick. Capturing yourself through a mirror, You start with the phone camera on eye level, facing the mirror ofcourse. Now while going backwards, smoothly turn the phone 180 degrees , till your camera angle becomes upside down. & Voila... now you are ready for olympics 😝 p.s : i am trained in yoga, but please dont try if your body doesn't allow. De repente hace unos años le agarré el gusto a moverme sólo para pasarlo bien y empezaron a pasar puras cosas buenas.
