From Dragonspine chills to Fontaine's floods — Genshin's evolution is insane. Scrolling through these comparisons hit me with a wave of nostalgia. Dragonspine felt massive when it first dropped, a harsh, frozen land that introduced us to the reality of sheer cold mechanics. Back then, it was the big adventure. Now? It feels like a quiet corner of the world map, almost humble compared to the scale of Sumeru’s deserts or Fontaine’s underwater marvels. Looking at all the regions side-by-side — Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, and now Fontaine — it’s wild how each update redefined what we thought the game could look and feel like. Remember when Inazuma’s fog islands felt mysterious? Or when the Sumeru rainforest dropped and we all got lost in the jungle paths for days? Fontaine though... that was a level up. The music, the tech, the water traversal, the verticality — it didn’t just feel like a new region. It felt like a new game. It makes you wonder how far HoYoverse can take this. Natlan and Snezhnaya have some huge shoes to fill. But let’s not forget the small things either — the way they’ve refined lighting, terrain detail, NPC interactions, even how quests are structured. You can feel the growth. It's not just a map expanding — it's the devs getting better at telling stories, creating immersion, and pulling us deeper into this world. I miss the early days. But I’m also hyped for what’s next. #GenshinImpact #genshinimpact #genshinimpactedit

Aahladham, a Bengaluru home, designed for a family of four, on a compact east-facing site, cleverly utilizes its verticality to create distinct zones. The design prioritizes open planning and natural light, particularly evident in the double-height living spaces on the first floor. Heritage elements like Chettinad pillars and Athangudi tiles are thoughtfully integrated, adding character and a sense of tradition to the modern spaces. Each floor boasts an outdoor connection, from the ground-level utilities to the children's terrace on the top floor. The layout balances communal areas for family interaction with private retreats such as the master bedroom suite and a dedicated library. Ultimately, this residence embodies a harmonious blend of efficient design, cultural respect, and a focus on creating a joyful and spacious living environment within a limited footprint. A study in contrasts - matte texture against botanical softness. Styled with restraint, the Sphere Vase Square by @101cph introduces sculptural presence to the setting, its raw finish adding depth and tonal richness. The White Lily Spray by @silkkaflowers softens the composition with refined structure and subtle verticality. Together, they create a visual balance, contemporary yet timeless, bold yet understated. An elevated tabletop moment, curated for proportion and materiality. [ Luxury Accessories, Interior Design, Home Decor, Luxury Home Decor ] #SourcesUnlimited #LuxuryLiving #HomeAccesories

Why These Exercises Actually Work — A Physiological Perspective We often treat the face, chest, and neck as separate zones. But in reality, the body doesn’t function in isolated parts. Everything is connected — through fascia, muscles, lymphatic flow, blood circulation, and breath. 📌 1. Double chin and facial contour When your posture collapses and your head shifts forward, the deep neck and jawline muscles lose tone. Lymph and venous flow slow down, causing puffiness and blurring the contour of the face. These exercises activate the deep neck and jaw muscles, stimulate fluid drainage, and help define the facial line again. 📌 2. Sagging breast The breast itself doesn’t have muscle — its shape depends on posture, fascial tone, and the position of the ribcage. A collapsed chest and overactive minor pectoral muscles pull everything downward. By opening the chest and activating the intercostal muscles, we restore verticality and visibly lift the breast area. 📌 3. Neck hump and tension That so-called “neck hump” forms at the cervicothoracic junction — one of the most stagnant areas in the body. Poor posture, prolonged sitting, and lack of movement create a buildup of tension and fluid. Gentle activation of this area improves circulation, relieves pressure, restores mobility, and reduces pain. ✨ These exercises don’t rely on brute strength — they work by restoring circulation, rebalancing muscle tone, improving breath mechanics, and gently awakening the deeper systems of your body. You don’t need to push — you just need to connect. And yes, you can do all of this gently, even from bed, in just a few minutes a day. ⸻ If you have questions, feel free to ask me in the comments — I’m here to support you. A striking example of contemporary luxury, this floating staircase is the centerpiece of a double-height living space, exuding elegance and sophistication. Crafted with polished black marble treads and illuminated with warm LED lighting at the base, the staircase appears to float effortlessly, creating a dramatic visual impact. The sleek glass railing with wooden accents adds a touch of modern minimalism while ensuring safety without compromising openness. The backdrop wall, clad in oversized textured panels and adorned with evenly spaced ambient wall lights, enhances the verticality of the space and draws the eye upward to the intricately designed false ceiling with a delicate chandelier. Seamlessly connecting the ground level to the upper floor, this staircase is more than just a functional element—it’s a bold architectural statement that anchors the entire interior design narrative. #ModernStaircase, #FloatingStairs, #LuxuryInteriors, #StaircaseDesign, #InteriorInspo, #ArchitecturalDesign, #ContemporaryInteriors, #DoubleHeightLiving, #MarbleStairs, #StatementStaircase, #StaircaseGoals, #InteriorLighting, #DesignerHome, #LuxuryHomes, #HomeInspiration, #ArchitectsOfInstagram, #ModernArchitecture, #DreamInteriors, #InteriorArchitecture, #GrandEntrance

✨Gothic Architecture✨ Gothic architecture is a style that emerged in the 12th century in Europe, characterized by its grandeur, verticality, and intricate detailing. Notable for its use of pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and flying buttresses, Gothic architecture allowed builders to create towering cathedrals with large stained glass windows that filled the interiors with light. The style sought to inspire awe, drawing the eye upward toward heaven, creating a sense of spiritual elevation. Key examples include Notre-Dame de Paris and Chartres Cathedral. #GothicArchitecture #PointedArches #FlyingButtresses #RibbedVaults #StainedGlass #MedievalArchitecture #CathedralDesign #ArchitecturalHeritage #GothicRevival #EuropeanArchitecture #HistoricStructures #arquitectura #archilovers #architect #art #architettura #architettura #archilovers #illustration #illustration

One vignette... three ways! Which one speaks to you most? It’s no secret that I believe in the power of styling and restyling, arranging and rearranging my space. With each new pairing, you not only gain a renewed appreciation for your beloved objects but also an entirely refreshed energy in your home. Styling is my version of recess, a playful escape where I get to experiment and explore. Recently, I gave myself the freedom to tinker with some items from my personal collection alongside the new decor pieces from my @crateandbarrel collaboration. It’s an exercise where I have the opportunity to act and react, to let my instincts guide me, rather than overthink the process. Is allowing yourself the time and grace to style a new vignette your version of meditation too? We all hit a styling rut from time to time (yep, even me!), so when that happens, I suggest clearing a surface, taking a step back, and starting fresh. Bring in pieces from other rooms, experiment with verticality, and pair modern finds with vintage treasures. Some pairings will work, others will not. My advice? Trust your eye, trust your gut, and most importantly, give yourself permission to play.

We had a blast in Mallorca with @maria_luis_balboa ❤️. Here practising stretches and connection while exploring verticality. It's funny, it's not perfect, it's genuine. We are so in love with these two people. Our practise together was so fruitful and we left the beautiful island of Mallorca with lots of inspiring ideas. Amazing human beings, fantastic dancers, good friends.
