Show us how you walley! I like to do my walley from a three turn change foot entry: 1️⃣Start with pushing the three turn 2️⃣Change feet to an outside edge and then quickly to an inside edge 3️⃣Use your upper body to counter the rotation and then jump off the inside edge a full turn to land backwards on an outside edge. 🔑to Success….try to do this with medium speed as going slow into the walley is quite difficult to get around. WALLEYS ⠀⠀⠀ Walley is a very important exercise, because it helps us to understand how and where we have to follow our shoulders. Every skater should use it on warmups before the session. ⠀⠀⠀ In the beginning of this practice most part of skaters pulls shoulders backward when they jump. That’s not correct. ⠀⠀⠀ ✅ You have to touch your left shoulder with your right hand and push yourself until you land. 🙅‍♂️ Do not try to do a lot of changes of edges before your loop jump. ⠀⠀⠀ Stand on your left leg, move to your right leg and then do your jump. Work with your shoulders and keep focusing on them.
