Plan with me 💻🎧✒️ It’s week 4 out of 52 I’ve been loving to plan my weeks on the weekend, as a little ritual to organise my life. It’s a great way to review what actually happened, adjust expectations, and decide where my time and energy deserve to go. I start by updating my Leuchtturm1917 physical planner, where I review and write down events, project deadlines, set weekly goals, and track my project progress in depth. Then I move to Notion, and plan my goals further using the 12 Week Year system, where I reconnect with the bigger picture. I use my own Notion template for this, since I customised it to suit my needs. Finally, I time-block my calendar and set appointments with myself for projects, based on my 12 Week Year goals and tasks. This helps me know what I need to be working on, and prioritise. Planning like this reminds me that productivity isn’t about control. 
It’s about intention, and making space for the life that I’m building, not just the tasks I’m completing. Step-by-step guide to planning the perfect week: 1. Sunday Sessions: I dedicate Sunday evening to map out my week. This involves reviewing my goals, assessing progress, and setting clear intentions. It also helps me start Mondays with intention.
 2. Big Rocks First: The first thing I do is identify my top 3 priorities for the week – these are the big tasks that will drive my business forward. These get scheduled for different deep work sessions during the week. 
 3. Daily Themes: Each day has a specific focus. Mondays are for content creation, Tuesdays & Thursdays for meetings & client work, Wednesdays for working on the business, and so on. This keeps me laser-focused on the right things on the right days.
 4. Time Blocking: I allocate dedicated time slots for different tasks. Morning for deep work, afternoons for calls, and evenings for friends, self dev work, planning and review. 
 5. Energizing Activities: I like to schedule time for workouts, tennis, time with friends and hobbies. Scheduling these things ahead of time helps me make sure that I don’t let work get in the way of the things that help me avoid burnout. 
 6. Review and Adjust: At the end of each day, I review what went well and what didn’t, then adjust my plans accordingly. 

 By planning my week this way, I ensure I’m always moving forward, staying focused, and not overlooking the things and people that matter.
