What do you think? I’m not talking about morally corrupt art. I mean, “bad” art. Not realized well enough or on a high enough intellectual standpoint. Aren’t there still lessons in art even if it’s not the highest level of Literature or Finest of Fine Art? Who was what’s bad? When I say this, I say this with my whole chest, I’m not going to make it as a professional artist in my lifetime. I will make a ton of art and I will leave behind. Great works that people will enjoy hopefully in a museum or a private collections. But I do not have the financial backing nor the ability to get to know people that could put me in positions to be able to be anything more than a CARPENTER, who paints every free minute he has. And that’s probably just going to be my story! But what can I control?? The paintings I produce, and the mark, I leave on the other artist, not only in the time I have here with teaching and inspiring people, but generations after me. And that’s the whole point and really the only thing I give a shit about anymore. I probably will not be a household name after I’m gone, but maybe I inspired a generation that saw these videos and it came across my works and picked up a brush. But maybe that was my calling all along.
