Omg our room feels so scattered and we feel lazy. That's normal. But do you know that sometimes when you just arrange your environment, you get motivated. 3.One physical changes your mood: Movement matters. Action does. Waiting to “feel ready” keeps you trapped but small actions create motivation and not the other way around. 5.Use the “future you” mindset: This is a simple question that can changes everything for you: What can I do right now that makes tomorrow easier for me? So do it. I believe it's a good motive. Be prepared for the future you.
