Para empezar a definir en CrossFit solo necesitas controlar 3 cosas: calorías, proteína y pasos diarios. NÚMERO 1 – CALORÍAS 1️⃣ Calcula tus calorías de mantenimiento Fórmula sencilla: peso corporal (kg) × 30–33 kcal Ejemplo: 80 kg × 30 = 2.400 kcal (mantenimiento aproximado). 2️⃣ Aplica un déficit moderado (10–15%) 2.400 × 0,85 ≈ 2.040 kcal Ese será tu punto de partida para perder grasa sin quedarte sin gasolina para entrenar. NÚMERO 2 – PROTEÍNA 3️⃣ Prioriza la proteína • 2–2,2 g por kg de peso corporal Clave para mantener músculo, fuerza y recuperación entrenando CrossFit. Ejemplo: 80 kg → 160–176 g proteína ≈ 640–700 kcal. 4️⃣ Después, las grasas • 0,8–1 g por kg Importantes para hormonas y salud, pero sin pasarte.
