If my house is clean, my car might be a disaster. If the meals are planned, the laundry is probably piled high. If I get in all my workouts, the bathrooms are likely dirty. And if we have weekend sports tournaments? Everything feels behind by Sunday night.🤪😆 It’s easy to compare ourselves to the moms who seem to “do it all” and have it all together all the time. But the reality is? Unless you have a full time nanny or housekeeper, it’s impossible. And that’s okay! We don’t have to carry mom guilt or feel like we’re failing. We prioritize based on what’s most important in that moment, and everyone’s priorities are going to be a little different! But I can assure you NO ONE is doing it ALL perfectly! Celebrate all the things you ARE doing for your family, and know that grace covers the rest. God sees how hard you’re working, even when no one else does, and the heart behind you serving your family matters more than perfection. You’re a GREAT mom. But the reality is, it’s door dash or a meal prep service (and I’m so grateful those things exist!). Motherhood looks nothing like I thought it would, especially while building a demanding career. One thing I’ve learned: when both parents work, you have to hire out. That SAHM role? It’s actually a nanny, cook, cleaner, administrator, and CFO rolled into one. Being a working mom isn’t easy, so these are a few things that make our weekdays feel more manageable. Comment YES and I’ll share what I use! ⭐ Bins with labels so everyone knows where things go and I’m not answering “where does this go?” all day long. ⭐ A calendar on the fridge so we can see the whole week at a glance. I keep saying I want to switch to digital, but this works for now and honestly keeps us on track. ⭐ Delegating where I can. My toddler helps pull laundry out of the dryer. My older son helps with dishes, trash, and cleaning up toys. It helps me and gives them a little responsibility. #workingmom #momlife #motherhood #relatablemom #momroutines

Just like when I worked outside of my house…I have set hours, scheduled breaks, and a full calendar. So no, I’m not spending my day cleaning the house, watching Netflix, or taking long lunch dates. Working from home doesn’t mean I’m not working.
