They initially learned the fundamentals of movement and strength, demonstrating a sustained fascination and commitment to sports and exercise. Beginning strength specific applications at the age of four they participated in bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and squats, which concentrated on control, balance, and discipline, while simultaneously fostering a passion for physical activity. As they matured, their training programs became more specialized. Aidan, who has developed into a dedicated swimmer, incorporated exercises targeting explosive power and shoulder stability. In contrast, Amaia, who has a strong passion for dance, emphasized flexibility and rhythmic strength. Both children have maintained an injury-free status, which can be attributed to a holistic approach that prioritizes recovery, sleep, and mental well-being. Nutrition represents another critical aspect of their training, characterized by an emphasis on balanced meals composed of whole foods rather than restrictive dietary practices. This philosophy—founded on consistency and balance—has enabled them to excel in their respective sports while enjoying the process. All these years later and I still get emotional when talking about the adoption of my son, Anthony Mutabazi.. 😢 About 8 years ago, I got a phone call regarding a little boy who needed to be watched over the weekend. I was hesitant, it was my early years of fostering and I was learning how to get over my fear of attachment but then I quickly said yes. I find out he was abandoned at the hospital by his previous adoptive parents.. it was heart wrenching to see the pain he was going through. The first day he came to me.. we instantly had a father/ son connection. ❤️ I’m blessed to have him as my son.
