Glass a bag of baby potatoes in 1/4 c. olive oil 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning 1 tsp. Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Roast at 350° for 45 min. To talke it up a notch— after roasting flatted potato’s with the bottoms of a glass. Drizzle with 1/2 c. melted butter and throw back into the oven for 10 minutes to crisp. 🥔My favorite way to enjoy a potato!! Twice Baked Potatoes elevate any meal! Impressive but easy❣️ Ingredients: 3 jumbo russet potatoes Avocado Oil 1 stick softened butter 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheese Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic Wash potatoes, rub skin with Avocado oil, and salt. Bake on 350 for 50 min or until fork tender. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop filling out into a bowl. Making sure to leave a potato “bowl” with the skin. (so be gentle!) Combine butter, sour cream, cheese and seasonings in bowl with potato filling. Scoop filling into potato skin bowls and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes. And I hope you enjoy 💗 Follow @thedailykale for more dinner recipes every week ✨ ✨Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Potatoes ✨ * 1 potato * 1/2 cup chopped/ cooked chicken -seasoned * 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella * Spices- garlic powder, paprika, oregano Black pepper + salt *to taste * 2-3 tbsp Alfredo sauce -Bake potato with oil and a little sprinkle of salt for 1 hour, at 400. -Once potatoes have cooled a little bit, enough to handle them without burning yourself, cut them in half. -Scoop potato filling out of potato, *carefully* and place in a bowl with chicken, spices, cheese and Alfredo sauce. Mix together. Place the mixture evenly into the potatoes. -Place back in oven at 425 top with extra mozzarella 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Can broil for the last couple of minutes if preferred. I topped it with fresh parsley and chili onion crunch from Tj’s. *This serves 1 person /or the equivalent of 2 (very) stuffed potato halves ..so depending on how many stuffed potato halves you’d like, double up as needed 🤗 *Make sure to use a high quality alfredo sauce or homemade -some store bought ones are not good- so this is very important!* #dinneridea #dinnerrecipe #easyrecipe #easydinner #chickendinner #chickenalfredo
