Who’s making this tonight? 6-7 potatoes, peeled and cut to wedges. 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut to wedges. 4 crushed garlic cloves . Salt, pepper, smoked paprika 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese. Boil the potatoes and the sweet potatoes for 8 minutes. Drain the potatoes and place in large bowl. Add all spices and cheese. Transfer it to a oven dish. Bake in air fryer 425f for 35 minutes covered with foil. Remove the cover and bake for 10 minutes more.
