I’ve had a really hard time differentiating intuition and anxiety for years and now I realize how much it was holding me back. When we disconnect from our deep inner knowing we start outsourcing wisdom from everyone else. I had to ask other people for their opinions all the time in order to make a decision. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and years trying to replicate what other people were doing in work or as a mom or even with my style because I didn’t fully trust myself. Re-connecting with my intuition has allowed me to move into a space of flow, confidence and clarity I couldn’t quite anticipate. I truly believe we all have our own blueprint or path and that our intuition is our souls GPS guiding us where to go. We just have to listen.
