My tutorial on the "flat" triangle start in alpha friendship bracelets💓 Recently I have been asked to explain how I start my bracelets that way so I deciced to film my very first tutorial on this very technique ;) I really hope my video is understandable but if not completely, feel free to ask any questions in the comments, I'll be happy to help you out🫶 Meanwhile I'll try to answer some possible ones right here: • Pattern number used : #162243 on braceletbook.com • Pattern numbers for Pinky Pie and dog bracelets: #157685 and #99886 respectively, same website • Brand of strings used: Kamtex mercerized cotton • Brand of the multicolored string appearing in the video : uknown, I got some of this thread from Japan as a gift • Brand of my glue: Gorilla Super Glue • How long my skein of gray string is: I usually cut 10m of the main string for my alphas and add more in the process if needed (if you're a newbie to braceletmaking just trust me, some patterns really require as much string!)

🐮 🥑 I’m so happy I completed an alpha bracelet after a very long time and it turned out well…one of my best creations in alpha so far. Pattern no. 107383 on @braceletbook and it’s designed by the talented @sodapop.creations • • I always struggle with my row with forward knots but I am getting the hang of it slowly. My next aim is to keep the edge knots straighter and neater as well as the start… I wanted to save the background color string since I only had one skein 😅 so the initial loop is minimal 😆… well it paid off since I just had enough to complete ! Here in the making video I’m sharing how I switch colors which I struggled a lot when I did my first alphas( I still do when there are more than 3 but getting better 😊)• • I will try to do more of this cow serie as the patterns are just so lovely and brings such a happy vibe. This is my 1st REEL 🎥 in 2023, for a commissioned alpha bracelet that is on its way to a buyer in The Netherlands 🇳🇱.
