In my upcoming book, I discuss something very specific. It’s what I call The Work (or The Foundational Four Framework)—Your Vision, Why, Values and Avatar. In my personal journey, it was ONLY when I leaned in and did The Work that I saw just how out of Alignment I had been. For context, I’ll share my own personal story: My team and I played with creating a Vision statement as we started scaling quicklyyy back in 2020. But it never felt right. It was big, hairy, and audacious (not that that’s a bad thing) but it brought so many painful learning lessons when trying to grow my Impact… I had veered off the path and it quickly became obvious where I was falling short. I saw that by going super micro (what we could do to help individuals) instead of macro (what we could do to help humanity), my new micro-Vision grabbed me in ways nothing had before. I was far more motivated, and it felt much more realistic! That being said, my goal is to reduce your pressure everywhere I can and help remind you of what truly matters most to you. “Infinite Impact” hands you a very specific, unique approach to discovering your Vision statement for yourself (There’s even a Vision exercise where I give you instructions, support you with writing prompts, and offer troubleshooting). Very, very touching feedback about the book has been pouring in... but this one takes the cake. When I was writing, I had a vision. I saw individual readers marketing up the book. Highlighter in one hand, pen in the other... kleenex on the side, soft music playing... pages being carefully turned, the book being carried in a purse or backpack or tucked in an arm.
