The Association of Muslim Schools (AMS) hosted a special programme today in collaboration with the Deen Team, Ashraful Aid, and Al Misbah, featuring Akhi Ayman. Alhamdulillah, over 300 male learners from 15 AMS-affiliated schools attended this remarkable event held at our school. The programme began with a brief talk by Ml Mohammed Seedat, an executive member of AMS, who emphasised three key priorities for every Muslim: awareness of the genocide, maintaining Ihsaan in all matters, and dynamism through personal development. The audience also gained valuable insights from Dr. Irfaan Afzal, founder of Western Grammar School in Australia. Our special guest, Akhi Ayman from the United Kingdom, then delivered an enlightening discussion. He reminded everyone, “It’s not the company that you’re with, but those who make duaa for you and remind you of Allah.” He spoke about the importance of following the Sunnah, engaging with the Quraan, and how our actions today will impact future generations. Akhi encouraged everyone to improve themselves as believers and to prioritise the Aakhirah over worldly pursuits. The programme was both stimulating and inspiring, building unity among the attendees. Akhi Ayman also addressed the situation in Gaza, urging everyone to remain steadfast in their Deen. He concluded with a powerful message: “Not today bro, Da’wah is waiting for you. Not today bro, Jannah is waiting for you.” Akhi Ayman’s welcoming and vibrant approach resonated well with the youth, and we are confident that learners left feeling fulfilled and empowered. The Q&A session was excellent, allowing for meaningful engagement. Following the event, learners enjoyed a delicious lunch, providing an opportunity to connect and bond with fellow attendees.
