Enginar tarlasından selamlar… Urla Enginar Festivali’ne hazırlanırken benim de bir enginar tarlasını ziyaret etme zamanım geldi ve daha önce Urla’da , Seferihisar’da farklı üretcilerin tarlasına yaptığım ziyaretler gibi bu kez de Çeşme Ildırı’da enginar üreticisi çift olan Feyza hanım ve Mustafa Bey’in tarlasına konuk oldum. Chi ci azzecca può venire a ritirarne un paio per cena 😁 Lista della spesa (per provare a farli buoni come quelli che mi faceva mia zia ❤️)👩🏼‍🍳 - Carciofi mammole - Mentuccia - Prezzemolo - Uno spicchio d’aglio - Un bicchierino di vino bianco - Limone - Sale e Olio Procedimento: - Staccate le foglie più esterne, poi pulite la base con un coltellino e pelate il gambo. Tagliate la punta e se volete rifilate la parte finale per dargli la forma di un fiore. - Strofinate il limone sui carciofi per non farli annerire, poi allargate delicatamente le foglie e riempiteli con un trito di mentuccia e prezzemolo. Ci andrebbe anche l’aglio ma io non lo digerisco quindi lo metto a rosolare con abbondante olio e poi lo rimuovo. - Mettete i carciofi nel tegame e fateli rosolare fino a che non avranno fatto una bella crosticina. Poi sfumateli con il vino e quando la parte alcolica sarà evaporata aggiungete l’acqua fino a che non sfiorerà la base. Fatele prendere il bollore, poi coprite con della carta forno e con un coperchio e fate cuocere per 40 minuti. - Dopodiché scopriteli, fate asciugare un po’ l’acqua e… …ta taaaan! A love letter to my fav vegetable - the artichoke! 💚 they’re finally in season now, so get em while they’re hot! This insanely simple preparation leads to the most delicious, nostalgic experience for me & I’ll alwaysss love artichokes like this 🥰 recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -kosher salt -2 raw artichokes -4 tablespoons salted butter -2 cloves garlic, minced -juice from 1 lemon -Parmesan cheese, freshly grated Directions: -Bring a large pot of water to boil and add in a generous amount of salt. Place in the 2 artichokes to cook, making sure they’re covered by water (or at least mostly covered). Cover the pot and boil the artichokes for 45 minutes-1 hour. You can tell they’re done when you can easily stick a butter knife stuck into the stem area (it should be quite tender). Remove from the water and set aside. -Place butter in a microwaveable dish and microwave for about 30 seconds, or until melted. Add in the garlic and lemon juice. -Serve the cooked artichokes with the butter mixture and a side of the grated cheese. Enjoy! #artichoke #artichokerecipes #easyrecipe #veggierecipes #springveggies
