They are only ones I know who use stone mills and then bake the organic heirloom flour immediately. Dave’s Killer Bread: Get the “Powerseed” variety, only 1g of sugar from fruit juice, as opposed to 5g of cane sugar per slice in the green bag. ALDI: “Knock Your Sprouts Off”, both the regular & low sodium version have epic ingredients. Silver Hills: Get the variety in the blue bag, it’s nice and soft. Ezekiel: The OG of sprouted bread. Enough said. @baseculture: The best gluten free & keto bread of the market, made of non-gmo eggs, almond flour, flax seeds. 6g net carbs per slice and isn’t loaded with corn, potato, rice flour, and starches like most GF breads.

Yall, 99% of the bread on the market is produced so quickly it: removes fiber, nutrients and contains enzymes we can’t digest. Most breads advertised as “powerseed” or “nuts and seeds” is really just crappy gluten with a side of seed. Don’t focus on the small ingredients, look at the first ingredient. It’s really what makes up the entire 🍞 of bread. Eating organic sprouted buckwheat means that it’s removing all phytic acid making it so easy to digest..Clean bread gets sprouted on its own without any yeast added.
