Packed with protein, fiber, and flavor… easy kongbul (bean sprout bulgogi) recipe 😮‍💨 Ingredients: - beef or pork (1 lb - thinly sliced) - beansprouts (340g) - onion (1 medium) - cabbage (1/3 cup) - sweet potato (1 small) - green onion (1) - sesame seeds (1/2 tbsp) Sauce: - gochujang (3 tbsp) - gochugaru (2 tbsp) - soy sauce (3 tbsp) - garlic (3 cloves) - honey (2 tbsp) - sesame oil (1 tbsp) - water (2-3 tbsp) if your bean sprouts are dry (Mine were wet from washing so I didn’t include water) Note: you can add an extra tbsp of gochujang and soy sauce if you want it saltier (Ex: I recommend it if you’re eating it with rice!)

If you keep bean sprouts in the bag that they come in, you know they will spoil quickly! Here are some tips to make them last longer at home. When buying bean sprouts always check the expiration date and inspect sprout health. If they are soggy or discoloured, you know not to purchase these. As soon as you get home, wash the sprouts and discard the ones that don’t look good. Episode 3: Easy Asian Veggies 🌱 🇰🇷 kongnamul muchim (콩나물무침) - korean soy bean sprouts ingredients: 1 bag (12oz) of soybean sprouts 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 2 green onions, chopped 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil Toasted sesame seeds to taste Salt to taste (I like to use kosher salt) Optional: Gochugaru (Korean hot pepper flakes) to taste instructions: 1. Blanch soybean sprouts. Add water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling add bean sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes. Strain and rinse. 2. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand. Taste and adjust. 3. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy! This can stay in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Or you can eat the entire thing for 44g protein and 8g of fiber - yum! Bean sprouts 🌺طرز تهيه جوانه ماش🌺 این آموزشو بفرست برای اونایی که اهل سالم خوری هستن. ممنون میشم که با ذخیره و ارسال این پست برای دیگران از این آموزش حمایت کنید. جوانه ماش پر از خاصیته فقط خلاصه بگم که برای جوانسازی پوست، سلامت قلب و گوارش و کاهش وزن بسیار مفید. 🌺نکاتشو با دقت بخونید. من از مقدار زیادی ماش استفاده کردم چون می خواستم درست کردن جوانه ماش رو در ظرفهای مختلف و در دسترس بهتون نشون بدم. از ظرف ماست و بطری و شیشه و ظرف طلقی مخصوص میوه استفاده کردم. درب ظرفهای پلاستیکی را با سیخ داغ سوراخ کردم که هوا به راحتی در ظرف جریان پیدا کنه و تخلیه آب هم راحت باشه. ابتدا ماشها را در آب خیس کنید تا جوانه بزند. اینجا به دلیل گرمای هوا بعد از شش ساعت ماشها جوانه زدن. بعد از جوانه زدن ماشها را در ظرف مورد نظر بریزید و روی آن را با آب پر کنید. درب ظرفها را ببیندید و بعد از ۵ دقیقه آنها را در سبد قرار دهید و آب ظرفها را خالی کنید (مطابق فیلم) این کار را روزی سه بار تکرار کنید. ظرفهای ماش را در سینی بچینید و روی آن را با پارچه بپوشانید. ماشها را بهیچوجه در معرض نور قرار ندهید چون سبز می شوند. روز دوم مجددا این پروسه را تکرار کنید. روی ماشها آب بریزید و بعد از ۵ دقیقه آب را خالی کنید و روی ماشها را با پارچه بپوشانید. روز سوم و چهارم این پروسه را تکرار کنید. روز پنجم جوانه های ماش من به اندازه کافی بلند شده بودند. آنها را در ظرف آب ریختم و پوسته های سبز ماشها را جدا کردم. جوانه ها را روی پارچه ای پهن کنید و آب آن را بگیرید و اضافات آن را جدا کنید و ساقه های بلند را در پارچه بگذارید و در ظرف در بسته در یخچال نگهداری کنید. برای روی سالادها و در کنار غذا و پاستا و به شکل خام، بخارپز یا پخته نوش جان کنید. هر گونه کپی ممنوع. #جوانه #جوانه_ماش #جوانه_ماش_خانگی #beansprouts #beansprout #سالم_خوری #سالمخوری
