Size & Shred Training Program 👉🏻 deltabolic.com (link in bio) ✅ How to Perform the PERFECT Bench Press 1. Grip the Bar Correctly – Place the bar on the base of your palm. Angle your hand slightly so the bar sits deep in your palm, not your fingers. 2. Tuck Your Elbows – After gripping, consciously tuck your elbows in so your forearms stay vertical. 3. Keep Wrists Neutral – Avoid letting your wrists bend back excessively. 4. Set Your Feet – Place your feet slightly behind your knees. 5. Drive Through Your Heels – Plant your heels firmly into the ground for stability and leg drive. 6. Engage Upper Body – Roll your shoulders back while lifting your chest. 7. Arch Slightly – Maintain a small, natural arch in your lower back. #benchpress #benchpressing #benchpresstips

HOW I BENCH 500LBS NATURALLY‼️⬇️ 1. Heavy Static Holds: Use 110-120% of your 1 rep max and hold for 3 sets of 10-20 seconds. 2. Pause Reps: Do a weight you can do 3 sets of 4-5 reps pausing at the bottom of each rep. 3. Close Grip Bench: Do a weight you can do 3 sets of 4-6 reps with a narrow grip to focus on building the triceps and lock out strength. #gymreels#gymmotivation#workouttips#benchpress#benchpresstips#explorepage#explore#viralgymreels#viral#trending

WORST things DESTROYING YOUR BENCH PRESS 🚫⬇️ 1. Hip thrusting the weight If your a** is coming off the bench, the rep doesn’t count. This isn’t a hip thrust. It’s cheating, wrecks your lower back, and looks corny. If you have to hump the bar, it’s too heavy. 2. Having Bad bar path The bar shouldn’t go straight up. Press up and back toward your shoulders. Straight up kills leverage and stalls your bench. 3. No solid contact points (3 points of contact) Feet planted. Glutes tight. Upper back locked in. Miss one and you’re leaking strength before the bar moves. 4. Fake leg drive Leg drive isn’t pushing through the floor, raising your ass. pretend you’re doing a leg extension without picking your feet off the floor should jerk you up the bench 5. Wrong hand spacing Too narrow = weak. Too wide = shoulder pain. Your forearms should be vertical at the bottom for max power. 6. Dropping the negative If you free-fall the bar, you’re wasting half the lift. Control it for bout 2 seconds and stay tight. Control THE ECCENTRIC Honorable mention 🚨 Elbow sleeves ≠ strength -probably one of the stupidest things you could do at about 40 pounds on your bench and it’s just going to give you a shoulder injury in the long run cause you’re not strong enough for that weight Follow @onorato.lifts and comment “BENCH” for a 4 week bench program to add 20lbs to your max‼️ # - #benchpress #gymcomedy #personaltrainer #motivation powerlift

6 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR BENCH SO FAST IT LOOKS SUS 👀 (Especially #4) 1️⃣ Fix your setup Leg drive, tight upper back, and consistent bar path = instant gains. 2️⃣ Pause your reps 1–2 sec pause on the chest builds real strength off the bottom. 3️⃣ Train triceps HARD Close-grip bench, dips, skullcrushers — stronger lockout = bigger bench. 4️⃣ Micro-load the bar 🔑 Adding 2.5 lbs consistently beats ego jumps every time. (Game changer.) 5️⃣ Use tempo work Slow eccentrics build control and confidence under heavier weight. 6️⃣ Bench more than once a week Volume + frequency = faster progress. Do this for 6–8 weeks and people will start asking questions 😏 Want my exact bench program (sets, reps, accessories)? Trying to hit a Bench Press PR but my training partner blasting fetty wap on his JBL speaker 😭☠️ 3 Things I Wish I Knew When I Started Bench Pressing! 📋 1) More ≠ Better. I used to spam volume everyday thinking it would help. Got injured more😭 2) If you think you’re pausing long enough- you’re not. Pause longer. My pauses in training used to feel like they were adequate until i started competing. The pauses on the platform humbled me. ⏸️ 3) Accessories. Please don’t half ass your accessories. Pushing my upper accessories has helped my bench progress quite nicely these past few years!🙌🏻 Coaching: @teamflowerscoaching 🔸If you’re interested in working with me for Powerlifting Coaching- fill out my application in my bio! 🔹 Follow me for more tips and advice for beginner powerlifters! 🇵🇭 @niicoflores 🇵🇭 #powerlifting #beginnerpowerlifter #benchpress

Stop Starting With Bench Press! (Do This First) Stop starting chest day with the Bench Press. It’s why your chest isn’t growing. 📉 THE PROBLEM: Benching first makes your triceps fail before your chest ever gets pushed hard. THE FIX (The Pre-Exhaust Routine): 1️⃣ Start: Machine Flys. Squeeze hard and flood the chest with blood. 2️⃣ Compound: Incline Press. Now your chest will fail first, not your arms. 3️⃣ Finisher: 3-Angle Cable Wipeout (High, Mid, Low). Fix the order—or keep benching for your triceps. Subscribe for more gym truth bombs! #Shorts #ChestDay #BenchPress #ChestWorkout #PreExhaust Bodybuilding GymTips MuscleGrowth Pecs
