Bugün 52 yaşındaki Atıf Bey’i, ameliyat sonrası 6. gününde sağlıklı bir şekilde taburcu ettik. 🏥 🩺 Hastamızın aort damarında ciddi bir anevrizma (balonlaşma) ve aort kapağında çift yaprakçıklılık mevcuttu (normalde üç yaprakçık olması gerekir). Bu nedenle kendisine hem aort kapağını hem de kalpten çıkan ana damarını değiştiren “Bentall ameliyatı” yaptık. Ayrıca iki damara koroner bypass da gerçekleştirdik. ❤️‍🔥 Bu, kalp cerrahisinde en büyük ve en riskli ameliyatlardan biri olup, ameliyat sırasında aort damarının neredeyse yırtılmak üzere olduğunu tespit ettik. Böylece hastamızı aort diseksiyonundan korumuş olduk. 🙏 💪 Hastalarımızı bu tür büyük ameliyatlardan sonra sağlıklı günlere uğurlamak bizim için büyük bir mutluluk.
