I drove out to Ren Hen Café in Helendale on famous Route 66 to try their famous Big Mama Pancake, and it did not disappoint. This thing is a massive three-pound pancake served on a pizza platter. I’ve never seen anything like it. If you can finish it in under 20 minutes, it’s free. You can even customize it with your favorite toppings to make it your own. And this isn’t just some over-the-top gimmick. This pancake is actually so good. Perfectly fluffy, buttery, and golden from edge to center. I couldn’t stop eating it.
