🤔Is there really no transaction fee? 💬comment LINK for the tool Three scenarios where there’s no fee on rent / mortgage through Bilt 1. Earn no Bilt points 2. Earn maximum Bilt points but offset fee with Bilt cash 3. Earn partial Bilt points on rent based on available Bilt Cash This is kinda complicated but apparently the Bilt app will be able to assist in doing these calculations so you can set it and forget it. 🚨 Bilt Palladium card unboxing + IMPORTANT reminders 🚨 If you signed up for the Points Guy 5x promo, heads up ⏰ 👉 It expires WEDNESDAY (first 5 days only) A few very important fine-print reminders before you go wild: • ❌ No taxes • ❌ No gift cards • ❌ Some other exclusions → always check the fine print Now let’s talk rent & mortgage, because this is where people get confused 👇 To pay rent or mortgage, you must use Bilt Cash to cover the service fee. At checkout, it automatically pulls from your Bilt Cash balance (I added a screenshot so you can see exactly what it looks like). With the Palladium card, you get: ✨ $200 Bilt Cash annually ✨ $300 Bilt Cash as the sign-up bonus (after $4k spend in 3 months) Here’s the math reality (especially for Bay Area homeowners 🏡): ➡️ To fully offset the service fee, you need to earn ~4% Bilt Cash ➡️ That means spending about 75% of your rent/mortgage amount each month BUT — and this is the key part — 🚫 You do NOT have to pay your entire rent or mortgage with Bilt. You can: ✔️ Pay part of it with your Bilt card ✔️ Pay the rest directly from your bank Example: If you can comfortably generate enough spend to cover 75% of half your mortgage, just pay that portion with Bilt and the rest normally. Yes, the math is a little spicy 🌶️ But the bottom line for me? 💥 Being able to pay rent or mortgage and earn what I consider the most valuable transferable points currency out there is still pretty incredible. Questions? Drop them below — this one has layers 😅✈️ #BiltCard #BiltRewards #PointsAndMiles #TravelOnPoints #Travelpointplaybook

I get it. Everyone’s pissed there’s no more free rent points like BILT 1.0. But here’s why the Palladium still made sense for me — and why it might still be a solid addition to your wallet. 1. Sign up bonus of 50k points + $300 BILT cash For me, this alone more than offsets the $495 annual fee in year one and actually puts me ahead by a LOT. At a conservative rate of 1.5cpp from BILT transfers, this was a no-brainer. ($750+$300)-$495 = $555.00 net value. 2. High rent in a HCOL area Rent is already my biggest expense. Earning on it at all (with no transaction fee) still matters if your rent is high and consistent. 3. I’m optimizing for year one I’m not committing to this card long term. I’m evaluating it based on first-year value, not hypotheticals five years out. The SUB churning community knows people get several cards for the SUBs. 4. Everyday spend = rent points + 2% points This isn’t a must-have card. But as someone who didn’t already have a 2% catch-all credit card, moving my every day spend to this card while gaining points on rent, along with several benefits such as Priority Pass and Gold Status, it’s not the terrible downgrade everyone is making it out to be either. Curious where you land on this, worth it or not? Comment if you’d get it, or why you wouldn’t 👇

#biltambassador @bilt Bro I used to pay $2,500 in rent every single month and just… watch it disappear. Nothing. No points, no cashback, no nothing. Just gone. Then I got the Bilt 2.0 and genuinely could not believe this thing exists. It’s the only card that lets you earn points on rent. Like your landlord is finally paying you back without knowing it. Here’s the actual move — every time you swipe for food, coffee, whatever your daily spending is, you’re building up Bilt Cash at 4% back. That Bilt Cash unlocks your rent points at the end of the month. So your $2,500 rent? That’s 2,500 points right there. Do that for a year and you’re sitting on 30,000 points just from rent alone. Transfer those to United or Hyatt and that’s a real flight. A real hotel stay. From money you had to spend regardless. The Bilt 2.0 Obsidian is the move if you want the full experience — 3x on dining, 2x on travel, metal card, and the $95 fee is basically cancelled out by the $100 hotel credit you get. It just makes sense. No other card does this. If you’re renting and you don’t have the Bilt 2.0, you’re leaving money on the table every single month. 🖤

I tried to explain the difference between Bilt Option 1 and 2 in under 3 minutes and of course, I ran out of time. This was a challenge!! #standaretopost

You may think of Bilt as just a way to earn points on your rent payments, but it’s actually so much more than that - it’s a true comprehensive membership for where you live. And now, they just rolled out a new AI tool - The Neighborhood Concierge - changing the game for how you can take advantage of the full Bilt ecoystem. Booking the trip. Locking in date night. Keeping the pantry ready. All seamless thanks to @bilt Neighborhood Concierge. Less thinking… more living. #BiltPartner

#biltpartner Nobody wins the rent vs. buy debate. Until now. @bilt just changed the game—you can pay your rent AND mortgage with no transaction fees. #BiltAmbassador My @bilt 2.0 Palladium is finally in hand. 💳 As a homeowner, I’m always looking for ways to capture value from my largest monthly expense. This is one of the first cards to actually let you earn on your mortgage, and while the migration/rollout had some definite bumps, the math on these points is hard to ignore. If you’re a points maximizer who enjoys the “puzzle” of high-tier redemptions, this is an entertaining one to figure out. Comment POINTS if you want to see the math on how I’m integrating these rewards into my 2026 travel planning.

What are your thoughts on the quick @bilt response. I’m an advisor so they will see your feedback. I think this makes things simpler for people and I’m keeping my Palladium choice
