Heroes don’t hesitate. While patrolling the border, El Centro Border Patrol agents observed a pickup truck crash into the All-American canal. Agents responded swiftly and pulled two individuals out of the fast-moving, cold waters, saving both lives. The driver was later taken into custody by CHP for suspected DUI.
