These boulder fields rock! 😜 Having one boulder field with "ringing" rocks is cool enough, but we are lucky enough to have to two not far from Philly! Both of these parks have the kind of rocks that ring when you hit them with a hammer.🔨 But that's pretty much all they have in common. • Ringing Rocks County Park is located in Upper Black Eddy in Bucks County. 📏It's much larger (8 acres according to sources). 🥾 There is a hiking trail leading to the field. You can follow the trail (it's about a 1-mile loop) to a waterfall after you're done banging on the rocks. 📍Ringing Rocks Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972 --------------- • Ringing Rocks Park is Pottstown 📏The field is much smaller (about a half-acre), but there are still plenty of rocks to bang on! 🅿️ It's a very short walk to the boulder field since it's right next to the parking lot 🛼 There isn't too much else to do at the park, though there is a roller skating rink right there (it was closed when we were there). *We combined our visit with the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, which is about 15 minutes away* 📍815 White Pine Ln, Pottstown, PA 19464 Whichever one you visit, don't forget your hammer! 🔨 Have you been to both parks yet?

A boulderfields classic I got to climb over thanksgiving weekend. Felt locked in with some good flow on the send go. On the couple trips I had through Kelowna this last season, I got to climb with some absolutely wonderful people. Couldn’t have asked for anything else then joining them on their journeys through the boulders.
