Important info for when buying a treadmill👇 Rule #1: Don’t buy it unless you can try it. You never know how a treadmill will feel unless you run on it. And before you try any treadmills, know what features you’re most interested in (speed buttons or dial, max percent incline/decline, screen size, etc,) Rule #2: Inquire about customer service. If they don’t have good customer service, it may take a long time to get something fixed. Rule #3: Ask about warranty options. - What warranty comes with a purchase? - Are there options to extend the warranty period? - What does the warranty cover? Does it cover just parts, or does it also cover full replacement if the parts can’t be fixed/sourced? I hope this was helpful! Now… WHICH TREADMILL SHOULD I GET?

One year ago, I bought this under desk treadmill, but I rarely used it. I would just stand on top on it LOL . I started to notice that the busier work got. I was putting on a little weight. It may not be noticeable to you but when my leggings are a struggle to get into 😬. It doesn't help that I love cookies (don't judge me), but STILL I was putting on some extra lbs even though I was working out 5x/week! . I decided to wear a step counter to see what my activity was like. I couldn't believe that I was barely hitting 6K steps a day! 😭 . So, I made a commitment to myself that anytime I had to use my laptop. I had to use my desk treadmill while walking at a slow pace (~1.5 mph) . Not only did I lose the extra fluff. My posture was better, and ideas flowed freely! The extra oxygen to my brain was so noticeable! I walk on average 2hrs straight without really noticing. . I now average 12K steps a day with a combination of working at my desk, daily outdoor dog walks, and gym time. . Do you use a treadmill desk? Do you love it?

This winter in Boston has been… a lot. Between single-digit temps & an absurd amount of snow, marathon training has been something else all together. I’ve done more miles indoors this training cycle than ever before. And while it’s not my preference, I’m very grateful to have a treadmill that makes it feel manageable, even enjoyable (never thought I’d say that!). So, big shoutout to @bowflex for building high-quality, user-friendly machines, because the T9 Treadmill is one of the biggest reasons I’m surviving this season.
