Garlic Butter Cheese Bagels (Makes 6) Ingredients Bagel Dough • Bread flour – 300g • Sugar – 20g • Salt – 5g • Dry yeast – 4g • Warm water (30–40°C) – 170ml Garlic Butter • Unsalted butter – 100g • Garlic – 2–3 cloves • Salt – a pinch • Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp Filling •cheese Instructions 1. In a small bowl, mix the dry yeast with the warm water and let it sit for a few minutes. 2. In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. 4. Cover and let the dough rise at around 30°C for 20 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, make the garlic butter by mixing softened butter, garlic, salt, and chopped parsley. Chill slightly so it firms up. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 pieces. Cover and let them rest for 15 minutes. 7. Roll each piece into a rope about 20 cm long. Place some garlic butter and cheese in the center, wrap the dough around it, and shape into a bagel ring. Seal well so the cheese doesn’t leak. 8. Let the shaped bagels rise again at 30°C for 20 minutes. 9. Bring 1 liter of water with 1 tablespoon of sugar to a gentle boil. Boil each bagel for about 30 seconds on each side. 10. Place the bagels on a lined baking tray. 11. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) for about 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 210°C (410°F) and bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden. 12. Brush the hot bagels with more garlic butter. #bagels #bagellover #breadrecipe #garlicbreath #saltbread

Homemade Bread Recipe! 🍞🧈✨

Homemade Bread Recipe! 🍞🧈✨ No stand mixer or bread maker needed! Servings: 2 loaves! Ingredients: ✨6 Cups Bread Flour ✨2.5 Cups Water ✨2 Packets Active Dry Yeast (.25oz packets) ✨3tbsp Softened/Melted Butter ✨1/4tsp Salt ✨3tbsp Sugar Directions: ✨Warm your water to 110-114 degrees fahrenheit. Do not go higher or lower than this! Higher will kill the yeast, lower won’t be warm enough for the yeast. ✨Once water is at the correct temperature, add in your yeast packets & sugar. Let the yeast & sugar dissolve. When it’s dissolved, a foamy bubbly layer will be on top of the water. It will also smell sweet or like bread/dough! ✨Once the yeast & sugar is dissolved, add in 2 cups of flower, the salt & the butter. Mix until combined. From here, stir in the remaining flour adding 1 cup at a time. Dough will begin to form! ✨Lightly flour your cooking surface & dump the dough out of your bowl. Knead your dough until it transforms from shaggy & sticky to an elastic ball (around 8 mins) You will know you are done when you press the dough ball with your fingers and and it springs back slowly… if it stays indented, knead a bit longer. ✨Once you are done kneading, oil a large bowl. Place your dough ball in the bowl & make sure you spin & turn your dough ball to coat it in the oil. Cover the bowl with a towel & let rise for about an hour, until it has doubled in size. ✨Grease 2 9x5 bread pans. ✨Uncover your dough ball & punch it to deflate it (yes punch it it’s fun). ✨Lightly flour your baking surface again & divide the dough ball into 2 equal sized halves. Shape the dough into loaves (watch a youtube video if you have to!!!) and place the dough into the prepared bread pans! ✨Cover & let rise for another 45mins until doubled in size. ✨With about 10 mins left in your second rise, preheat the oven to 425. ✨When the second rise is complete, uncover your loaves, reduce the oven temperature to 375 and bake for 25 mins. ✨Move to a cooling rack, spread butter on top of the loaves & enjoy! #healthyrecipes #recipe #healthyfoods #recipes #homemadefoods #bread

If your bread has 40 ingredients… we need to talk. This one? Just simple ingredients you can actually pronounce — and probably already have at home. Soft, fluffy, and made fresh. No preservatives, no nonsense. Sometimes simple just wins. Detailed recipe👇🏼 Classic White Bread | Professional Bakery Method Yield: 2 standard loaves Ingredients 720g all-purpose flour 480 ml warm water (38-40°C) 2 tbsp sugar 14g active dry yeast (2 packets) 2 tsp salt 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Method 1. Yeast Activation In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes until fully foamy. This confirms proper yeast activation. 2. Dough Development In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and melted butter. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then increase to medium-high speed and knead for 6-8 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms. 3. Bulk Fermentation Transfer dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and rest in a warm environment for 30-40 minutes, or until doubled in volume. 4. Scaling and Shaping Divide dough evenly into two portions. Shape each into a rectangle, then roll tightly into loaf form. Place into greased loaf pans. 5. Final Proof Cover and proof for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough rises slightly above the pan edge. 6. Baking Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and fully baked. 7. Cooling Remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Result: Soft crumb, golden crust, and authentic bakery-quality white bread made from scratch. #whitebread #breadrecipe #artisanbread #freshbread #homemadebread

My go-to sandwich bread 🍞 I added as much as I could in this caption, but have extremely thorough instructions on my website. It’s linked in my bio or comment SEND and we can dm you the link. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re intimidated by making yeast bread, this recipe holds your hand through the process! ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -1 cup (240ml) water, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -1/4 cup (60ml) milk, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -2 1/4 tsp (7g) instant or active dry yeast -2 Tbsp (25g) sugar -4 Tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, softened -1 and 1/2 tsp salt -3 and 1/3 cups (about 420–430g) all-purpose flour or bread flour, plus more as needed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whisk water, milk, yeast, and sugar in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Cover and sit for 5 minutes or until foamy. Add butter, salt, and 1 cup (125-130g) flour. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add another cup of flour. Beat on medium speed until incorporated (there may still be chunks of butter). Add the remaining flour and beat on medium until the dough comes together and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. If you do not own a mixer, you can mix this dough with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Keep the dough in the mixer and beat for an additional 5–8 minutes, or knead by hand. If the dough becomes too sticky during kneading, add 1 tsp of flour at a time. Do not add more flour than you need. Lightly grease a large bowl. Place the dough in the bowl, turning it to coat all sides. Cover and rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Punch dough down. Flour a work surface and rolling pin. Roll the dough into an 8x15 inch rectangle. Roll it up into an 8 inch log and place in loaf pan. Cover and rise until it’s 1 inch above the top of the pan, about 1 hour. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 32-36 minutes. It’s done when an instant-read thermometer reads the center as 195–200°F (90–93°C). Cool before slicing.

Yes, you can switch flours in your sourdough recipe. While I wish it were that simple, you’ll most likely need to adjust the recipe to account for the difference in gluten-forming protein in each flour. Usually this means adjusting the water up or down depending on the flour you’re switching to and from. #sourdough #sourdoughstarter #bakersofig #bakersofinstagram #sourdoughbaking #sourdoughbread #baking #breadbaking #homebaker #microbakery #flour

One of my top 10 viral recipes of 2025 with almost 8,000,000 . American Bread Loaf Ingredients • 1½ cups warm water • ½ tablespoon active dry yeast • 2 tablespoons sugar • 3½ cups all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon salt • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil • Oil, for greasing the bowl ⸻ Instructions 1. In a large bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy. 2. Add the flour and salt. Mix for about 1 minute, just until combined. 3. Add the vegetable oil and continue mixing for 5–7 minutes until a smooth dough forms. 4. Lightly oil the bowl and the dough, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. 5. Once risen, remove the dough and spread it into a large rectangle. • Roll it up tightly. • Flatten it again into a rectangle and roll it up once more (this helps create a nice crumb). 6. Place the dough seam-side down into a 9 × 5 loaf pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let it rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until doubled in size. 7. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 8. When ready to bake, place the loaf in the oven. Immediately toss a couple of ice cubes into the oven and close the door quickly (this creates steam for a better crust). 9. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown. 10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing. #fyp #fypシ #bread #baker #recipe
